As you may be aware, the SBA has created a Direct Forgiveness Portal for all Paycheck Protection Program borrowers with loan amounts less than $150,000. Solvay Bank has registered for our clients to take advantage of this simplified, electronic process in order to best serve you. It is important to note that if you’d prefer to complete your forgiveness application with us directly, you are welcome to do so.
To take advantage of this portal opportunity, you will need the following information:
- The tax ID number used for your application (Business EIN or Personal SSN)
- For reference: your EIN can be found on your tax return
- Your SBA loan number
- For reference: this can be found on page 2 of your Promissory Note near the top of the page. This was signed via DocuSign so you would have received an electronic copy in your email when your loan was funded.
- Your loan amount
- For reference: this too can be found on your Promissory Note
