Enrolling in Online Banking
- On Browser: Visit solvaybank.com, click Online Banking, and select Enroll Now to complete the form.
- On Mobile App: Download the Solvay Bank Mobile App from your app store, tap Enroll Now and follow the prompts.

How to Enroll in eStatements
- Sign Up for Online Banking: Visit solvaybank.com and log in or enroll in Online Banking.
- Modify Statement Preferences:
- After logging in, click on Profile (top-right).
- In the Electronic Statement section, click Edit.
- Select eStatement as your delivery method for each account and agree to the terms.
- Click Save.

How to View Your eStatements
- Log in to Online Banking at solvaybank.com.
- Click on the account you wish to view.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Choose your desired date range and click Submit.
- Download or print your eStatements as needed. We provide access to up to 13 months of statements.
(Note: eStatements are available through Online Banking, not currently through the mobile app.)

Setting Up eStatements for Loan Accounts
Your loan eStatements provide detailed information about your loan, including the current balance, payment history and how payments were applied. To receive eStatements for your loan account, follow these steps:
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Go to Profile and click on the Electronic Statement section.
- Choose eStatement for your loan account and click Save.
